30-day Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We only refund or replace/exhange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a refund or exchange, please email at dami@bydami.com

To complete your return for a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if applicable.

Sale items
Exchanges and refunds can only be processed on regularly priced items. Sale, discounted or clearance items are final sale.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for refunds and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 14 business days for refunds to process. Delivery time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

If you are exchanging or returning an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in order to guarantee we’ve received your returned item.
